This is my second attempt at posting my blog. Let's hope I've got it  and I'm no longer "anonymous."

Here is the link to my GoogleDoc for Blog #1:

  1. I absolutely love your thoughts on the topic of adolescent awkwardness, which is demonstrated through Laurie and his relationship with the March sisters. The adolescent years are full of awkwardness and the questioning of whether or not an individual will be accepted and understood. I know in class we discussed how the book may not be as relevant for boys as it would be for girls, but I think this picture of Laurie's character makes him quite relatable and relevant to young boys who are developing romantic feelings toward others and seeking out relationships. I also love your thought about Laurie being like a Rapunzel character. I would have never thought about it that way. Great thoughts!

  2. I loved Colleen's point about awkwardness, too! It was something that had escaped my notice, so I am glad she pointed it out.
